Some of these events require pre-booking so I’d recommend you do that as soon as you decide you want to in order to avoid disappointment.

The North Pole experience – book now for 2025

Where: 37 Otterspool Drive, Liverpool, L17 5AL

When: selected dates from 29th November – 24th December 2025

Cost: From £42.50 per adult or child over 1. Children under 12 months from £19.08

Summary: This Christmas enjoy up to three hours of magical activities. The ticket includes a visit to Santa (and gift), elf workshop, gingerbread decorating, elf village with ice rink, food and drink.

Otterspool Christmas Grotto – book now for 2025

Where: 37 Otterspool Drive, Liverpool, L17 5AL

When: 5th, 12th & 19th December 2025

Cost: Children £17.50 adult £2

Step into a festive winter wonderland via the magical train ride experience and meet Santa Claus in his magical grotto! Children will be welcomed by friendly elves, chat with Santa, and receive a special gift to take home.

Experience also includes indoor soft play, winter adventure playground, optional add on of ice skating.

Santa’s grotto, Dobbies, Liverpool & Southport – book now for 2025

When: 23rd November – 24th December 2025

You’ll receive a warm welcome from the elves before you take part in the North Pole adventure. Children will get to experience snowy scenes, ice fish with the penguins, help the polar bears improve their ice hockey skills, shoot some snowball hoops and see where Santa’s reindeer live, all before getting the chance to meet Santa himself.

Santa Grotto at John Lewis, Liverpool ONE – book now for 2025

Where: John Lewis, Liverpool ONE

Cost: £12 per child plus a £1.20 booking fee. £3 per adult plus a 30p booking fee.

John Lewis and The LEGO® Group present Santa’s Enchanted Grotto. You’ll take to the skies on an unbelievable adventure to reach Santa’s Post Room– based on our exclusive LEGO® set. Storytime with Santa – Floral Pavilion – book now for 2025

Now in its fifteenth year, this wonderful show will bring the magic of Christmas alive as children will be captivated by traditional and modern stories as well as plenty of festive songs to join in with, in what promises to be a fun experience for the whole family.

Every child will have the opportunity to talk to Santa and give him their Christmas wishes, and will also receive a festive gift. To make sure the whole family can enjoy the experience, for every child ticket purchased up to 2 adults can come along absolutely FREE, so be sure to bring your cameras as there will be plenty of photo opportunities.

With a sackful of silly stories and a last-minute chance to check which list you might be on, Father Christmas invites you to a Winter Warmer full of family-friendly giggles, noise, and nonsense! This 60-minute show includes a chance for every family to meet, greet, and chat with Father Christmas—and take your own photos with the help of his friendly Elf.

Story time with Santa, Liverpool Town Hall – book now for 2025

Where: Liverpool Town Hall

When: Selected dates from 6th – 24th December 2025

Join Father Christmas and his friend, Buddy the Elf, as they share magical stories and sing a song or two in the cosy setting of Liverpool Town Hall!

This unique, festive event is an intimate and engaging experience which will leave you and your little ones spellbound. Each child gets a turn of sharing their Christmas wishes with Santa, before receiving a special gift.
