Halloween in Concert, Floral Pavilion, New Brighton – book now for 2026

Pumpkin patch trail at Gordale garden centre – details for 2026
Where: Chester High Road, Burton, South Wirral CH64 8TF
When: 17th – 31st October 2026
Cost: £5 per child – Includes trail sheet & pumpkin. No need to book, just turn up.
Follow the spooky trail and seek out the Halloween characters, each hiding a secret letter. Crack the code to be granted access to the Pumpkin Patch – then choose your favourite pumpkin to take home!

Benty farm tea rooms pick your own pumpkins & children’s trail – Book now for 2026
Where: 3a school lane, Thurstaston, Wirral, CH61 0HH
When: Opens 3rd – 25th October 2026 (weekends only)
Cost: £2 per ticket, under 2s free

Halloween trail at Ness Botanic gardens – Details for 2026
Where: Neston Road, Ness, Neston, Cheshire, CH64 4AY
When: 24th October – 2nd November 2026
Cost: free trail with standard entry fee.
Can you solve the mystery of ‘Which book has the Witch not read?’ As you explore Ness Botanic Gardens, keep your eyes peeled for some familiar favourites from the world of books and see if you can crack the conundrum.
There’s plenty for the whole family to enjoy, with the trail especially designed to challenge and entertain 5–12 year olds. The trail takes approximately 40 minutes to complete, giving you plenty of time to explore the gardens along the way.

Halloween biscuit decorating at Ness Botanic gardens – book now for 2026

Silly Spooks of Sunlight. 29th October 2026. £8 per child, booking required. 1 hour session. Prepare yourself for ghostly science experiments that inspire a ghoul themed craft to take home.
Little Werewolves of Sunlight. 30th October 2026. £6 per child. Booking required. Folklore inspired craft day where children are able to design their very own shape-shifting folklore creature masks including wolves, fox spirits, owls, selkies and other night creatures that transform under the moon.
