I’ve done my best to add the details of all these events accurately and keep them up to date but I strongly advise you to click through and check on the organiser’s website to ensure the dates, locations, times are correct. Events maybe changed or cancelled and I will not necessarily be aware of this. Links are providers so you can confirm all details for yourself before travelling or booking. Some of these events require pre-booking so I’d recommend you do that as soon as you decide you want to in order to avoid disappointment.

Dunham Massey Ice Cream farm Pumpkin picking – book now for 2026
Where: Altrincham, WA14 5SG
When: From 26th September 2026
Cost: £6 per car or group if you arrive on foot
Summary: New for 2026 – The Spooky Maze. There will also be seasonal ice cream flavours as well as pizza, toasties and hot drinks. Handmade pumkins and autumnal gifts. On the weekends and school holidays we also have street food vendors.

Cockfields farm pumpkin festival- book now for 2026
Where: Ashton/Oldham Border OL6 8AR
When: Selected dates from 3rd – 31st October 2026
Cost: from Adult Tickets: £14.95, Child Ticket: £14.95, Under 1s: £5.95,
Summary: Huge outdoor pumpkin patch and mini indoor pumpkin patch, tractor rides, Halloween show, fairground carousel and all the usual farm yard fun. Includes mini (toddler) pumpkin patch (term time) and main pumpkin patch event on weekends and in half term.

Where: Ashton/Oldham Border OL6 8AR
When: Selected dates 23rd – 31st October 2026, 5-8pm
Cost: from Adult Tickets: £14.95, Child Ticket: £14.95, Under 1s: £5.95. 1 free pumpkin with every ticket.
Summary: Festoon-lit spooky pumpkin patch with live music, food & drink stalls. Halloween characters walking around, spooky disco, animals, fairground carousel.
Magical not scary event, suitable for all ages.

Halloween festival – Reddish Vale farm – Book now for 2026
Where: Reddish Vale farm, Stockport, SK5 7HE
When: 10th – 31st October 2026
Cost: Tickets from £13.50 per adult, £17.50 per child (includes 1 pumpkin)
Summary: visit all the animals and outdoor play areas as well as The Spooky Express tractor ride (additional cost), pick your own pumpkin and carve it, Halloween children’s games, fairground rides, Halloween characters, the Witch and Wizard Magic Show and more.

Moonlit pumpkin evenings, Reddish Vale Farm – book now for 2026
Where: Reddish Vale farm, Stockport, SK5 7HE
When: 17th, 24th & 25th October 2026, 5-8pm
Cost: from £11, pumpkins not included but can be purchased (priced individually). Family ticket with 2 pumpkins £47.50 (other ticket options)
Summary: Head to the glowing pumpkin patch. Halloween Characters will be roaming for the perfect pictures! also to include fairground rides (additional costs), live bands/singers. Visit the outdoor farmyard animals after dark- (the small animal handling barn is closed). Sanderson Sisters Special 30th & 31st October

Pumpkin picking, Smithills open farm, Bolton – no details yet for 2026
Where: Smithills open farm, Smithills Dean Rd, Bolton BL1 7NS
When: 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th – 31st October 2025.
Cost: £6 per pumpkin which does not include farm entry. If you just want pumkins it’s £6, you need farm entry as well if you want the Halloween activities. Farm entry includes Halloween activities from 25th to 31st October. Prices start from £11.
Summary: Halloween activities include a spooky sweet hunt, farm staff in fancy dress, the farm is decorated for Halloween and a Children’s fancy dress competition.

Halloween on the farm, Lancaster farm – book now for 2026
Where: Lancaster Park & Animal Farm, Middleton Road, Chadderton, Oldham, OL1 2TG
When: Weekends from 10th October and then daily from the 23rd to 31st October 2026.
Cost: Adults £14.67 (no pumpkin), Child (1 -15 years): £16.77 (includes pumpkin), Baby (under 12 months): £7.34 (includes pumpkin)
Summary: Pick and carve your own pumpkin from the patch, carving area, Wizard school, Halloween disco, fancy dress competition, all the usual farmyard fun included too.

Pumpkin patch at Brookheys Farm, Dunham Massey – no details yet for 2026
Where: Brookheys farm, Sinderland Lane, Dunham Massey – WA14 5SY
When: Open every weekend from the 4th – 26th October 2025.
Cost: booking required. £5.60 per adult, £4.48 per child. No pumpkins included in the fee. Pumpkins are priced on size and range from £1 – £3 munchkins, £3 – £15 for carving pumpkins.
Summary: Admission includes maize maze and Tractor & Trailer Ride from the car park to the pumpkin patch & back again. Farm animals, scavenger hunt and photo opportunities.

Halloween at Jersey Girls dairy Ice cream parlor – no details yet for 2026
Where: Jersey girls dairy ice cream, Higher woodhill farm, Woodhill road, Bury, BL8 1BS
When: 18th – 31st October 2025
Includes pumpkin picking and carving.
£12 – per pumpkin. Each ticket includes one pumpkin, admission for the pumpkin carver, alongside a maximum of two supervising visitors. Sessions last about 1 hour.
