Sunflower fields North West 2026
I don’t know about you but I love sunflowers. Over the summer there are lots of sunflower fields North West England. Some are pick your own fields and others are sunflower mazes. Find more Family days out North West here.

Although I’ve checked this post carefully, I have not contacted any of these farms and they will not update me if any of these details below change so please check before visiting.

Sunflower fields Cheshire
Sunflower trail at Kenyon Hall farm – open now for 2026
Where – Kenyon Hall farm, Winwick Lane, Croft, Warrington, ​WA3 7ED
Open from the beginning of August.
The trail takes around 15–20 minutes, leaving plenty of time to admire the blooms.
Tickets cost £5.95 for adults and £2.95 for children. Under 18 months go free.
The sunflowers are beginning to bloom now and will become more spectacular over the coming days. We expect the trail to remain open daily for around 10–14 days.

Crewe Green sunflowers – pick your own – open now for 2026
Where – Crewe Green, CW1 5UP
Open now for 2026
This sunflower farm is £15 per car including a bunch of sunflowers. Picnics welcome.
Some secateurs available to borrow but bring your own if you are able to.

The hayloft sunflower maze trail – Open now for 2026
Where – Sandy Lane, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 3XP
£3.50 per person including prizes and 2 sunflower stems, under 2’s are free.
PYO sunflowers are extra. Please bring your own secateurs.
Delicious coffee shop serving Cheshire farm ice cream. Play area and pedal tractors.

Sunflower trail, Libby’s patch – details for 2026
Open every day in August 2026.
Sunflower trail includes a word search with prizes. You can also pick your own wildflowers, dahlias and sunflowers.
Purchase stone-baked pizzas and fresh barista coffee.
Adults – £3.50, Children – £2.50, Under 3s – FREE
Sunflowers are just £1 each or 12 for £10.
Pack your own secateurs for picking your flowers.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome.

Magical Malpas pick your own sunflowers – open now for 2026
Where – Malpas road, Agden, Malpas, Cheshire.

Flowers will be £1 per stem to pick and take home. No entry fee this year. Stems are shorter.

Free sunflower walk at Snugburys – no details yet for 2026
Where – Chester Rd CW5 6BU Nantwich,
Open from – opened 16th August 2025
This is a short sunflower walk that is free at Snugburys Ice cream parlour. There is also a dinosaur wildflower trail (also free). You can buy sunflowers for £5 a bunch.
The ice cream is also delicious and of course there is the 45 feet high Paddington sculpture to see.
We visited on opening weekend and had a lovely visit.

Sunflower fields Manchester
Sunflower trail/field at Dunham Massey ice cream farm – open now for 2026
Where – 34 Station Rd, Dunham Massey, Altrincham WA14 5SG
Sunflower trail open from – from 21st July 2026
new for 2026, there is also maize maze alongside the sunflower trail.
Entry is £4.50 for adults and £3.50 for kids. No need to book. Cash or card accepted.

George and Clemmie’s farm sunflower field – no details yet for 2026
Where – Lower Shorrock Hey Farm, Blackburn, BB2 6QU
Open from – open now for 2025 although not all sunflowers are in bloom yet (11th July)
This is a pick your own sunflower field and wildflowers too. They also sell their own delicious ice cream.
No entry fee, pay for what you pick. Bring your own secateurs.
Pick your own wild flowers available too at £8 per jar.
Sunflowers £2.50 for a single stem, 2 or more stems £2 each.
