Ad – press trip. We were gifted a family round of golf at Dino Falls in exchange for this review. All thought, opinions and photos are my own.

What to expect at Dino Falls
Dino Falls includes 2 different adventure golf courses, each course is 18 holes. There is a rapids course and a volcano course. Both courses weave around each other and full of prehistoric details.
There are lots of huge dinosaur sculptures around the courses. Some of them even move and roar. There are also lots of photo opportunities too such as giant deckchairs, eggs to pose inside and dinosaurs too. Even the bins look like dinosaurs!

There’s lots of water running through the courses too. One of the holes is on a bridge which is really fun. There’s another one on the volcano course too that pretty much guarantees your ball is going in the water! Don’t worry, it’s easy to get it out again and kids love it.

We only did the volcano course but I have heard there is hole on the rapids course where you have to hit the ball into water and wait for the water to move your ball to the other side.

There are a mix of skill levels across the holes. Some are very straight forward and some a little more tricky. I feel that the mix of difficulties really helps keep kids interested through the whole course.

There are also lots of signs on the fence around the edge of the course with fun dinosaur facts. There are plenty of benches to sit on too.

Our verdict
We loved our visit to Dino Falls. The course is so much fun for everyone. My youngest even managed a hole in 1 that she was very proud of.
It took us about an hour to get around but this will depend on how many people are in your group so you may spend longer.

We loved all the different holes, some are more challenging than others and there are some really unique holes. Our favourites were the ones where you aim for a tunnel/shoot that then takes the ball through an obstacle and then shoots it out the other side near to the hole. This was how our 8 year old got a hole in one.
We also enjoyed the hole that is inside a volcano despite getting quite wet! My kids aren’t dinosaur mad or anything but they really enjoyed this crazy golf course. The different holes were definitely more interesting than some crazy golf courses we’ve done in the past.

We really enjoyed our visit to Dino Falls and would recommend it to other families.
